  • High school PRs of 4:08 for 1600 and 8:56 for 3200-both #5 all time in state history

  • 6 time Big 12 5k Conference Champion in Track

  • Won Conference XC as a Jr

  • Member of Oklahoma State 2012 NCAA Cross Country Champions

  • Won Junior Men Great Edinburgh International Cross Country race in 2012 and led junior men to team title

  • College PRs: 5000m (13:27), 1 Mile indoor (3:58), 3000m indoor (7:49), 1500m outdoor (3:39).

  • Runs professionally now. 5k PR of 13:23.
