In her 4 years at GAC she won 19 of 20 events she was entered in at the Region meet She was a state champion in the triple jump, 300 hurdles, 100 hurdles and 4 x 400 relay for a total of 6 state championships. Her 39' 1/2" triple jump was the AA State record for several years. Her best 100 hurdle time in was 14.4 and best 300 hurdle time was 44.3 She led her team in 2005 to the first ever girls state track championship at GAC She had a very nice career at Baylor where her best collegiate triple jump was 42' 1/4 "
